Ask Sol picks up where it left off, and pages, photos and address lists load faster

Platform

Ask Sol carries on after a reload

A conversation with Sol now survives a dropped connection or a page reload — the answer continues from where it stopped instead of starting again. You can watch the steps Sol is working through as it goes, and a long job shows a progress card with a button to stop it.

Country, state and city lists load faster

Address forms now download only the lists you are actually using, rather than one large file covering every country in the world. Choosing a country, state or city while adding an admission enquiry or filling a registration form is much quicker.

Photos and pages appear sooner

Student lists and cards now load small preview copies of photos instead of the full-size pictures, so a long list fills in faster. The app also downloads less the first time you open it and loads its fonts from ScholaRise itself instead of an outside site.

Faster and steadier when the school is busy

Most of this release is behind-the-scenes work to keep ScholaRise quick when many people are signed in at once: lighter live updates, fewer repeated requests, and a students list that loads in pages as you scroll. Nothing else changes in how you use it.
