II The argument

A parent should not have to open a laptop to pay a fee.

Where the day actually happens

A school's day reaches parents and students through a phone, so that is where ScholaRise meets them. The parent app opens to the child, the fees and the diary; a fee is paid in-app through the gateway's own SDK, not a browser link mailed out and lost. Students check their own attendance and submit homework; staff take the register from the same app. None of it is a smaller mirror of the website — these are real native apps reading the one ledger the school already runs on, branch and session scoped exactly as on web.

What it does
  • Built for three audiences

A parent opens a child card and a fee row; a student sees their own attendance and diary; a teacher takes a register. One sign-in, three home screens — not one app stretched to fit everyone.

  • Pay fees in-app

The fee row opens a native checkout — Easebuzz and Juspay's gateway SDKs run inside the app, not a browser hop. The parent pays where they already are, and the receipt is back in the same screen.

  • Attendance at a glance

A parent reads the month's attendance percentage on the home card and taps through to the day-by-day history; staff mark the register from the same app. The same records, two doors in.

  • Homework diary & submission

The daily diary lands per section with attachments; a student opens a task, submits work and raises a doubt thread on it. Homework is a conversation in the app, not a photo of a notebook.

  • Report cards in hand

Once a term is published, the report card opens in the app and downloads as a PDF — term by term, with the same fee-clearance gate the school sets on web.

  • One inbox, every update

Homework, leave, finance, attendance and exam notices collect in a single inbox with an unread count — and each one deep-links straight to the screen it's about, child resolved for siblings.

  • Push that lands same-day

Native push on iOS and Android — APNs and FCM — so a fee reminder, a published result or a leave decision arrives as a notification, not an email read three days later.

  • The same data as web

The apps talk to the same platform the web app does — branch and session scoped the same way — so a fee paid on a phone shows on the desk, and last year's records stay last year's.

How it fits
  • 01 / 04

Reading from the one ledger. There is no second database for the phone. The apps read and write the same records as the web app, so a fee paid in-app and a register marked on the desk are the same fact, seen twice.

  • 02 / 04

Scoped by campus and year, the same way. Branch and session travel with you on mobile exactly as on web — a multi-campus parent sees the right child in the right campus, and a closed year stays closed in your pocket too.

  • 03 / 04

A native gateway, not a browser detour. Fee payment runs through Easebuzz and Juspay's own SDKs inside the app. No web redirect, no copied link — the dispatch picks the gateway the school is on and the parent never leaves the screen.

  • 04 / 04

Within reach of Sol, the AI agent. The assistant that answers questions across the school is built for the same platform — so the app stays one place to do the thing, never a fourth tool bolted on beside it.

Why it matters

The same school, the same records — only now in the one place a parent already looks. The phone is not a lesser door in.
