  We're building a living register of leavers grouped by passing-out year, so a teacher can open the Class of 2014 and see where that cohort went — not a static PDF that ages the day it's exported.

• Filter by profession

  The same directory will be searchable by what alumni do now — doctors, founders, civil servants, artists — so a careers session or a guest-lecture ask starts from the people the school already knows.

• LinkedIn sign-in

  Alumni will claim their own profile by signing in with LinkedIn, so the record stays current from the source — roles, employers and locations update without the school chasing a form every year.

• Reunions & events

  We're designing reunions as first-class events — invite a batch, take RSVPs, and watch the count fill — so the tenth-year gathering is organised inside the platform the school already runs on, not a side spreadsheet.

• Mentorship matching

  The directory is meant to give back: senior students and recent leavers will be matched with willing alumni by field and interest, turning a list of names into introductions worth making.

• Donations & giving

  We're building giving in directly — an alum can support a scholarship or a building fund, and every gift is recorded against the campaign so the school can see what a cohort raised, in one place.

• 80G receipts

  Every eligible gift is designed to generate an 80G donation receipt automatically — the tax acknowledgement an Indian donor expects — issued the moment the payment clears, not weeks later by email.

• Form 10BD ready

  The receipts will roll up into the Form 10BD statement of donations a trust must file — so year-end compliance is a report the platform compiles, not a reconciliation done by hand from a stack of receipts.

  Built on the records the school already holds. A leaver isn't re-typed into a new system — the directory is designed to grow out of the student who graduated, so a batch is the same cohort the school once taught, kept by passing-out year.

• 02 / 04

  Giving that meets the same finance discipline. Donations are intended to settle through the platform's payment rails and book against a campaign, so an 80G receipt and the Form 10BD roll-up come from the same ledger the rest of finance runs on — not a separate tool.

• 03 / 04

  On the same web, iOS and Android apps. When it ships, an old student will browse the directory or RSVP to a reunion from a phone, and the school will run a campaign from the desk — no separate alumni login to maintain.

• 04 / 04

  Within reach of Sol, the AI agent. The assistant that answers questions across the school is meant to sit over the network too — a quiet way to ask which alumni work in medicine, or what the Class of 2014 has raised this year.
