A live class shouldn't live in a tool the school never sees.

• Live in the timetable

  A class won't be a link pasted into a chat. The live room will hang off the timetable slot itself — Period 3, IX-A, Mathematics — so it opens where the class already lives and closes when the period ends.

• Attendance from join logs

  Presence will be derived, not re-keyed. Who joined, when, and for how long flows straight into the same attendance register the school already runs on — no second roll-call, no exported CSV to reconcile.

• Recordings on the lesson

  When the period ends the recording will save itself onto that day's lesson, beside the homework and notes — so a student who was ill rewatches the exact class, not a stray file in someone's drive.

• In-class quizzing

  The teacher will push a quick check mid-class and watch answers land live, then keep the result against the lesson — a low-friction pulse on who followed, without breaking the flow of teaching.

• Hybrid sections

  When half a section is in the room and half is at home, both will sit in the same period — the in-person register and the remote join log resolve into one attendance record, not two stories to merge later.

• Closure-ready

  Fog, flood, exam-board strike — when the gates can't open, a section won't lose the day. The same timetable simply runs online, and the week stays on its rails instead of being reconstructed afterwards.

• Roles and roster

  The room will know the class. The teacher hosts, the section is the roster, a coordinator can drop in — drawn from the same people the school already has, so there's no separate meeting list to keep in sync.

• Parent visibility

  A parent will see, on the same app, that today's class ran online and the recording is up — the assurance that a missed gate didn't mean a missed lesson, surfaced where they already look.

  Anchored to the timetable, scoped by branch and session. The room will open from a real period — the same branch- and session-scoped timetable the school already runs — so this year's classes stay this year's, and a multi-campus trust keeps each campus's rooms its own.

• 02 / 04

  One attendance register, not a parallel one. Join logs will resolve into the attendance the school already keeps, the way our LMS already files homework and lessons — live classes extend that single record rather than starting a second one beside it.

  On the same web, iOS and Android apps. A teacher will host from a laptop, a remote student joins from a phone, a parent checks the recording — all in the apps they already have. No fourth login, no separate meeting tool to provision.

• 04 / 04

  Within reach of Sol, the AI agent. Because the class, its attendance and its recording will sit in one place, the assistant can answer across them — who missed today's live period, where last week's recording is — without a new tool to learn.
