  Build each class with its grade, age band and display order, then add its sections in one flow — every section carries a capacity and a class teacher, so the structure is real, not a label.

  Roll classes up into named groups — Primary, Middle, Senior — so analytics and reports read by wing, and the order you set is the order they appear everywhere.

• Subjects & sub-subjects

  A reorderable subject library — codes, compulsory or optional, active or retired — with parent subjects that branch into sub-subjects, so Science holding Physics, Chemistry and Biology is one tree, not three loose rows.

• Class-subject mapping

  Decide which subjects a class — or a specific section — actually offers. Tick a subject on and it joins the class’s syllabus; the count on each class tells you at a glance what’s mapped and what isn’t.

• Per-student subject choice

  Compulsory subjects flow down from the class; the optional pick is per child. Set each student’s elective from one screen, save a batch at once, and export the class’s choices to PDF, Excel or CSV.

• Subject-teacher allocation
