  Take card and UPI online through two configured gateways — Easebuzz and HDFC via Juspay — with the right one dispatched per branch, transactions tracked and webhooks reconciled back to the receipt.

• Receipts & PDF

  Every collection mints a unique receipt number and a print-ready PDF — fetched over a signed, expiring public link the WhatsApp invoice attaches, so a parent gets the document, not a screenshot.

• Student fee ledger

  An append-only ledger — charges, payments, concessions, waivers, adjustments, refunds and reversals — with a running balance per head and term, so a student's history is auditable, not reconstructed.
