Examination

One seating plan for the whole morning

When papers run back to back on the same day — the main Mathematics paper and the Mathematics Advance paper right after it, or Computer Science followed by General Knowledge — you no longer make a separate seating plan for each. Open the seating tab, tick the day's later papers under Also seat these papers, and generate once: every student keeps the same seat for the whole block.

Everything downstream follows the combined plan. Admit cards print the same seat for every covered paper, the room prep sheet counts each paper's question papers and answer sheets separately — including an add-on paper that only some students sit — and invigilation duties run for the whole block. A paper that is already covered by another plan says so, so two plans can never claim the same paper.

Tick "Also seat these papers" to cover the day's later papers with the same seating.

A cleaner Room Prep Sheet

The Room Prep Sheet now prints in landscape — wider rows, still one page per room — and lists the exact number of question papers and answer sheets for each paper, without the automatic two-copy buffer. If you do want spare copies in a bundle, you can still ask for them when generating the sheet.
