For the accounts office
The whole school's money, on one ledger.
The accounts office answers for every rupee that moves — fees collected, salaries paid, stock bought. When each of those lives in its own spreadsheet, month-end is a reconciliation. When they share one system, it's a read.
- 01
Fees in
What was billed, what was collected, what was waived or discounted — and who still owes, today, not after a tally.
- 02
Salaries out
Monthly pay with the right PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS — each deduction defensible, not back-fitted in March.
- 03
Stock and assets bought
Every purchase order, what arrived against it, what you were billed — and where the projector that left the AV room went.
- 04
A number the head can trust
Collection against expected, outstanding by age, the figures behind a board return — pulled from records, not reconstructed.
Mapped to modules that already run.

Fees collected, then reconciled. Heads, terms, concessions and late fees — collected in cash, UPI, card or online through two gateways — land on a single append-only ledger with a running balance per head and term. Every collection mints a unique receipt number and a print-ready PDF, so a student's history is auditable, not reconstructed.

Online payments reconcile themselves. Card and UPI come in through the configured gateway, transactions are tracked, and webhooks reconcile each one back to its receipt — so the online column ties out without a manual match against a bank statement.

Payroll runs, with the statutory built in. Salary structures, attendance-linked runs and PDF payslips in one pass — with EPF, ESI, professional tax and per-staff TDS worked out natively, plus annual Form-16 from the year's own runs. Indian payroll, built in, not bolted on.
Payroll & statutory -

A procurement trail you can stand behind. Requisition → purchase order → goods-receipt, with a real name against every step, vendor-invoice matching that reconciles ordered-versus-arrived-versus-billed, asset custody and QR labels, and a full transaction ledger of every movement — so "where did it go?" always has a timestamped answer.
Inventory & procurement -
05 / 06
The financial picture, without the export. Collection against expected, this year against last, fee-head and term-wise breakdowns, outstanding bucketed by age with a sortable top-defaulters table, and a fourteen-day collection trend — the money story in a dashboard, not a spreadsheet you rebuilt at midnight.

Ask the books a question. Sol reads the same fees, payroll and inventory data, so the accounts office can simply ask who's outstanding this term or what a head collected — and get an answer, not a fourth screen to learn.

An honest note
ScholaRise computes and organises your financial data — collection, payroll deductions and procurement — from your own records. It is not your accountant or auditor, and we are not a tax or statutory authority: the deposit of PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS, the filing of statutory returns, and the school's books remain the school's responsibility, with its own advisor.
