Two things genuinely scale with use — the AI you run and the data you store — so each carries a large included allowance and then meters at cost. A handful of third-party costs pass straight through. We don't mark any of it up, and we don't take a cut of the fees you collect.
Artificial intelligence — Sol & predictive AI

Sol and every AI feature run on metered model usage. The Trust stack includes ₹1,00,000 of AI consumption a year — with our caching, that's many thousands of agent interactions. When it's spent, add more in pre-paid packs at cost. You only pay for AI you actually use, and a flat tier price never has to absorb a runaway model bill.
Document & image storage
50 GB / year included (all stacks) · then GCP rates, no markup
The Vault, photo library, invoices and report cards store to Google Cloud. Every stack includes 50 GB a year. Beyond that you pay Google's Cloud Storage rate for the Mumbai region (≈ ₹2 / GB / month) at cost — no platform markup. Most day schools stay well inside the included tier.
WhatsApp Business API

Every stack includes ₹5,000 of WhatsApp messaging a year — about 18,000 messages at our blended rate, or 40,000+ utility messages. For most single-campus schools that covers the whole year. Beyond the credit, Meta's charges pass straight through at cost (Utility ≈ ₹0.12, Marketing ≈ ₹0.80) — no per-message margin.
Payment gateway
0% platform fee · gateway MDR only (UPI typically free)
Online fee collection runs on Easebuzz / Juspay-HDFC. The MDR is the gateway's; ScholaRise takes nothing from your collections. A convenience fee is configurable — absorb it or pass it to parents, your call.
SMS fallback (DLT)
≈ ₹0.15–0.25 / segment · pass-through
Used only when WhatsApp and push can't deliver. Billed per 160-character segment — 70 for Unicode, and the ₹ sign is Unicode — at the DLT sender rate, no markup. Once WhatsApp is primary, schools spend almost nothing here.

Unlimited staff, parent, admin and management accounts. No per-feature unlock, no seats, and 0% taken from collections. You're billed per enrolled student — everything about who logs in is free, and every module inside your tier is uncapped on use.

Where it goes — Utility 40,611 msgs ≈ ₹0.12 each → ₹4,670 (fee reminders, receipts, attendance, auto-invoices) · Marketing 12,208 ≈ ₹0.80 each → ₹9,767 · service & authentication effectively free (1,038 free messages). SMS is the channel most schools are leaving — and the comparison shows why. Read generously, the same traffic over SMS costs more and delivers far less. The trap is the per-segment cap: an SMS is 160 characters, but the moment a message contains the ₹ sign it is Unicode-encoded and the cap drops to 70 — so a single fee alert becomes two or three billed segments.

The ₹ symbol sits outside GSM-7, so fee messages encode as Unicode at 70 characters per segment, not 160. Even at price parity, SMS still can't deliver the invoice, the receipt, or a reply.

A pricing page earns trust by what it admits. Four things are genuinely not in any stack today — so we never sell a promise we can't keep.

No boarding module yet — room allocation, mess plans, night headcount. The infirmary half lives in Health; the residential half is on the roadmap.

We have a textbook / knowledge library, not an issue-return lending desk with fines-to-ledger.

No alumni directory / Form-10BD receipting, and no prepaid meal wallet or canteen POS. Genuinely absent.

A strong async LMS, but no in-timetable Zoom/Meet or auto-graded live quizzing. We sell classroom operations, not ed-tech video.
