Attachments on staff leave applications are kept
A file attached to a staff leave application was accepted when it was sent and then lost, so approvers never saw it — the Inbox and Leave Applications panes showed no Document section at all. Attachments are now stored and appear as "Document → View attachment" on the application. Applications filed before this release have no stored file, because it was never kept.
